Lonlytoys is a fashion brand under Tongde Jushi Trading Co., Ltd., focusing on women's skirts, mainly selling mid-length dresses, denim skirts, pleated skirts and other products. I. Return Conditions

  1. Definition of Quality Problems: If the skirt you receive has the following quality problems, you can apply for a return:

  • The seams are loose, split, or there is a significant deviation in tailoring;
  • The size is seriously inconsistent with the description on the product details page (with an error exceeding 2cm);
  • Accessories (such as zippers, buttons, etc.) are missing or damaged.

  1. Non-quality Problems: For returns due to non-quality reasons such as wrong size selection or dislike of the style, the commodity must meet the requirements of Article 2 above, and the return freight shall be borne by you.

The refund amount is the actual payment amount of the goods (excluding the freight when you send them back, except for quality problems). The refund arrival time depends on the payment channel, usually 1-7 working days, and the specific time is subject to the actual arrival time. If the inspection fails, we will return the goods to you and explain the reasons.
